I need to update, pause, or cancel my subscription

If you'd like to manage your subscription, you can do so by viewing your active Subscriptions. Select the subscription you would like to manage, then click the Manage Subscriptions button. This will send you an email with a link you can use to manage your subscription. If prompted to log in, use the email you used when you made your purchase.

I need to update my billing or shipping address

You can update your address or add new addresses in your account profile.

How can I track my shipment?

You can see details and updates on your orders within the subscriptions page of our membership site. Please login and access via the dashboard links.

Where do I go to access my orders?

Your orders and subscriptions will be visible within your account pages once you login.

I need to edit a recent order

As long as the item has not already shipped, you can edit orders through your account in the membership section of our site.

I need to add special instructions to a shipment

You can add notes on your order when you place it, or by updating the order in your account pages.

Alternatively, you can contact our customer support for additional assistance.

Where can I read product reviews?

Some of our favorite reviews have been posted throughout the site, and can be seen on each product's page.

All reviews come from Yotpo, where you can access them as well.

Does Petheal have social media?

Yes, you can use the social media icons in the footer of the website to access our various social media channels.

Do you have samples of your products?

Not at this time, but you can order a one-time purchase (OTP) if you are considering a subscription to ensure your pet like's it before committing to a reoccurring subscription.

There is a problem with my order

What is Petheal's return policy?

Products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days. Your return must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. To start a return, please contact us via the link in the footer.

Can I exchange products?

If your product is defective, please contact us with a picture of the product that you received. If your product is not defective, please submit a return request by contacting us and place a separate order for the product you’d prefer.
